User Agreement
These terms are between you and Individual Entrepreneur MAKSIM RATOMSKI (identification number 345864371), registered on 23 September 2026 with the LEPL National Agency of Public Registry of Georgia. Legal address: Georgia, Batumi, Giorgi Leonidze Street, No. 4e, Building No. 2, 6th Floor, Apartment No. 75. Email: hushhh.support@gmail.com. Hush and the website https://www.hushhh.pro are operated by this entrepreneur.
Hush is a Windows tray application. When Windows reports that a microphone is in use, Hush fades the system (master) playback volume to the level you set, then restores it when that signal ends. Hush does not press Pause in other programs. It skips well-known call apps (including Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, Zoom, Teams, and Skype) so those conversations stay audible. Other programs, including web browsers, may trigger ducking.
A 7-day trial starts on first launch and does not require an account. After the trial, Hush is licensed as a one-time purchase for two devices, at the price shown on the site. That price excludes tax. Applicable tax is added at checkout based on your location. The license is granted by the entrepreneur named above. No sign-in is needed to buy: the license is tied to the email address you enter at checkout, and the PC you buy from is connected automatically. To connect another PC, choose “Already bought” in the app and open the link we send to that email address. We may issue complimentary licenses. We may refuse, suspend, or revoke a license or device slot if we reasonably believe the product is being shared, circumvented, or abused.
Detection depends on Windows, drivers, browsers, and other software. Those programs may change volume on their own. We do not promise that every app will be detected or skipped correctly, that fades will always be smooth, or that volume will always return to the exact previous level.
Do not use Hush where changing system volume could be unsafe — including alarms, navigation, medical or industrial equipment, live events, or any setting where you must hear a warning. You use Hush at your own risk.
The software and the site are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Individual Entrepreneur MAKSIM RATOMSKI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, missed notifications, hearing harm, or third-party claims, arising from your use of or inability to use Hush. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the license that gave rise to the claim, or zero if you used a trial or complimentary license.
The desktop application is licensed, not sold. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it, or attempt to extract its source code, except to the limited extent that applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction. You may not bypass or share license or trial protections.
You are responsible for your use of the app, for keeping your account and devices secure, and for complying with applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Hush.
The one-time purchase is a license to use Hush as we make it available. It is not a subscription and not a promise that we will maintain, update, support, or operate the product, the website, or the license service indefinitely. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Hush — including updates, support, and online licensing — at any time, with or without notice, including if we stop offering the product because it is commercially unsuccessful or for any other reason. We have no obligation to provide support or future versions. Stopping updates, support, or the product does not by itself require us to keep operating Hush or to compensate you. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Refunds are described in the Refund Policy at ${LEGAL_ENTITY.site}/refund.
We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
