Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
You may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase. Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or contact Paddle at https://paddle.net. We do not pay the refund ourselves. If the refund is approved, the license on the account is revoked.
The 7-day trial is free and is not a purchase, so there is nothing to refund before you pay. After 30 days from the purchase, a refund is available only where mandatory law requires it. Stopping updates, support, or the product after that does not by itself require a refund of a license already purchased.
